Must-Have Requirements:
Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, CRM, or marketing automation
Five years of industry experience, at least three years of Adobe experience
Proven hands-on experience with Adobe platforms, including Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer
Must be fluent in at least two out of these three languages (Spanish, Portuguese, English)
Must be creative, proactive and ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment
Specific hands-on expertise in Adobe Marketo is required
Experience working in cross-functional environments involving marketing, technology, analytics, and compliance
Experience within regulated industries (financial services preferred)

Interview Process:
