Marketing Coordinator
Store Support Center We are searching for an experienced
Marketing Coordinator for our Store Support Center. This is an onsite position, candidates must be able to report to the location.

SUMMARY The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and execution of marketing programs, special events, and store activations across company banners. The role coordinates project timelines, marketing materials, event logistics, vendor deliverables and post-program reporting while partnering with internal teams, stores, agencies and external vendors to ensure programs are executed accurately, on time and according to brand and program requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinates execution of shopper marketing programs, special events and storefront activations, including timelines, logistics, marketing materials and vendor deliverables.
- Serves as a day-to-day coordinator between Marketing, Store Operations, vendors, agencies and other internal partners for assigned programs.
- Manages project timelines, specifications, routing and trafficking of assigned marketing materials to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Tracks program deliverables and maintains proof-of-performance documentation, including execution photos, program recaps and materials needed for vendor reporting and billing/invoicing support.
- Supports development and distribution of store communications for Marketing initiatives required by Operations.
- Performs additional marketing projects and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree (B.A.)from four-year college or university with emphasis in Marketing, Advertising,Communications or Business; or equivalent combination of education andexperience.
- Experience supporting marketing programs, events, project coordination or related activities preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Must have strong writtenand oral communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability tospeak, read and write proficiently in both languages. Ability to read andreview documents and prepare routine reports and correspondence. Ability tocommunicate and interact effectively with employees at all levels, externalvendors and business partners. Must be comfortable presenting information tosmall and large groups.
COMPENSATION: The hourly range for this position is $25.00 to $26.66 per hour. The actual starting pay will be determined by a number of qualifications; including, experience and relevant skills.
