Engage Print, a commercial printing company located just south of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area, is looking for a motivated individual to join our team. We offer a wide range of services, including offset, digital and large format printing. With over 50 years in the business, our team takes pride in providing exceptional service, quality products and excellent value to our customers. Position Summary Engage/NCG, Inc., a commercial printer in Northfield, MN, is seeking an operator for their SM72 Heidelberg 6-color press with coater or a KM1 Digital Press. The press operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the press, performing press checks, and production of a variety of customer projects including, brochures, postcards, booklets, flyers, maps and more. The press operator also manages the inventory of offset paper stock, and works with representatives from suppliers to troubleshoot any technical or print quality issues. The operator must have excellent attention to detail, as he or she is expected to maintain high quality-control standards on behalf of our customers. When not operating the press, the operator may be asked to assist in other areas, including the prepress and finishing departments.
